1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using JunkQ.io and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
JunkQ.io provides Google Ads management, account auditing, campaign setup, and optimization services specifically for junk removal and hauling businesses. All services are described on our website and subject to a separate Service Agreement executed upon engagement.
3. Account Access
To perform our services, you must grant us appropriate access to your Google Ads account (read-only for audits; standard or admin access for active management). You retain full ownership of your account and data at all times.
4. Fees & Payment
Service fees are outlined in your Service Agreement. All fees are billed monthly in advance. Ad spend is paid directly to Google; we do not hold or process your ad spend. Refunds are provided only as specified in your Service Agreement.
5. Results Disclaimer
While we use proven strategies and industry expertise to improve your Google Ads performance, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., exact lead volume, cost per lead, or revenue). Ad performance depends on market conditions, competition, budget, and other factors outside our control.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on JunkQ.io — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of JunkQ Marketing Partners and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JunkQ Marketing Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will revoke our access to your Google Ads account and deliver any outstanding reports or deliverables.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
